Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 tbs Ground Thai Chili
  2. 2 tbs Toasted Rice Powder
  3. 1 tbs Mushroom Seasoning
  4. 2 tbs Fish Sauce
  5. 1/4 tbs Brown Sugar
  6. 1 Wedge of Lime
  7. 5 Culantro Leaves
  8. 5 Parsley Stalks
  9. 2 Green Onion
  10. 1/2 Red Onion
  11. 1/2 lb Chicken Thigh

ส่วนประกอบ:

  1. พริกป่น 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
  2. ข้าวคั่ว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
  3. ผงปรุงรส(ทำจากเห็ด )1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
  4. น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
  5. น้ำตาลทรายแดง 1/4 ช้อนชา
  6. มะนาวฝาน 1 ซีก
  7. ผักชีไทย(อีสานเรียกว่าผักหอมป้อม) 5 ต้น
  8. ผักชีฝรั่ง 5 ใบ
  9. ต้นหอม 2 ต้น
  10. หอมแดงหัวใหญ่ผ่าครึ่ง 1 ชิ้น
  11. เนื้อน่องไก่ 2 ขีด

Instructions:

  1. Start by thinly slicing your Parsley, Green Onion, and Culantro and mix them in a bowl
  2. Slice and use half a Red Onion
  3. Slice two wedges of Lime
  4. Prepare your Chicken Thigh by removing the skin and extra fat
  5. Cut the meat into thin slices and then mince it to the size of your liking
  6. Heat half a cup of water in a pan until it starts to bubble
  7. Add your Minced Chicken and Mushroom Seasoning
  8. Spread and mix the meat until it’s fully cooked
  9. In a mixing bowl add your Chicken, Red Onion, Ground Thai Chili, Toasted Rice Powder, Brown Sugar, Fish Sauce, Vegetable Mix, Lime Juice, and mix everything
  10. Taste the dish and add additional Ground Chili, Lime, or Fish Sauce if necessary
  11. Plate the dish and you’re ready to enjoy

Tip

  • Rotate the Red Onion as you’re cutting so you can get different slices to make the dish look nicer with varying cuts.
  • When purchasing Chicken, buy it with the skin on as the meat will taste better.
